1. Can I get on at a different stop than the one on my ticket?
If you wish to board at a different stop than the one shown on your ticket, you must inform the operator by calling +48 725 100 600 at least 3 hours before departure from the given starting point. You can only get on at stops mentioned in the timetable.
2. Why can't I buy a ticket 2 months in advancey?
Tickets are on sale for the coming month. Tickets for earlier courses may not be available due to shortage of seats.
3. Can pets be transported on Gajaexpress buses?
Transportation of animals is not allowed on Gajaexpress coaches. Exceptions are guide dogs for people with disabilities.
4. Why can't I proceed to the transaction fee after selecting the connection and completing the data?
You must first select awareness of the rules and regulations and, if applicable, marketing consents below the passenger data table. Without marking the necessary options, it is not possible to proceed to the transaction payment.
